Ingredients
- 1/2 lb spaghetti
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup parmesean
- 2 Tbsp romano cheese
- 1/4 lb bacon, dices
- 1 Tbsp soft butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- pepper.

Preparation
Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package. Beat eggs, cheese, and pepper. Set aside. Fry bacon until short of being crisp. Pour off all but 1 Tbsp of grease. Drain spaghetti and toss in bacon. Add butter cream and cheese mixture. Serve warm.
