Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 stick Margarine
• 2 cups Sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Cocoa
• 1/2 cups Milk
• 3 cups Quick Oatmeal
• 1/2 cups Peanut Butter
• 1 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Put oatmeal in a bowl. Melt margarine in at least a 2 qt pot. Add sugar and cocoa. Add milk and bring to a boil. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat & add oatmeal quickly. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Drop teaspoonfuls on wax paper to cool.(You may place them in the refrigerator if you choose)
