Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ginger root, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 salmon fillets

Step 1
1. Combine soy-oils. Pour over salmon. Chill at least 1 hour.
2. Grill or broil 4-5 mins/side.
