Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/4 cup quick type oatmeal
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 of 12 oz container caramel ice cream topping (can also use chocolate syrup-either by itself or half and half with the caramel flavored syrup)
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream

Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, margarine, and nuts and pat into 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring frequently, at 400 degrees.
While hot, spread and pat 1/2 of the crumb mixture into a 9 x 9 inch pan. (Reserve other half to crumble over top)
Drizzle half of the ice cream toppings over crust. Spread softened ice cream over crust.
Drizzle remaining ice cream toppings over ice cream.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top, cover, and freeze until firm.
