- 2 (3 oz) pkgs. ramen noodles, any flavor
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- Options? Sweet Chile Sauce
- Garlic
- Shredded Chicken

Step 1
Remove seasoning packet and discard.
In a medium saucepan over high heat, bring 4 cups water to a boil. Break up noodles and add to boiling water; cook for 3 minutes or until tender. Drain noodles and return to saucepan; set aside.
In a medium skillet over medium-low heat, warm peanut butter. When it begins to melt, add soy sauce and oil; stir until well blended. Add cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated and heate3d through.
Serve immediately.
