Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 c chopped onions
- 2 c cubed potatoes
- 1 c water
- 1 can cream of chick soup
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 3/4 c milk
- 1/2 t salt
- dash pepper
- 2 T chop parsley

Step 1
Fry bacon til crisp in 3 qt soucepan. Add onion and saute 2-3 min. Pour off fat. Add potatoes and water. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 10-15 min or til potatoes are tender. Stir in soup and sour cream. Gradually add milk. Add salt, pepper and parsley. Heat to serving temperature.
