Ingredients

  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 large Bell Pepper
  • 4 Chicken breasts cooked and pulled
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can cream of Celary OR extra can of either of above soups
  • 1 Can Rotele Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teasponn Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 12 corn tortillas torn into 2x2 squares
  • 2 Cups Shredder Cheddar Cheese Divided

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion and bell pepper in oil over medium heat until tender - 5 minutes.

Stir in chicken and next 7 ingredients.

Layer 1 third of tortillas. Top with 1 third of chicken mixture and 1 third of cheese. Continue repeating until mixtures is gone.

Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
