Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans jalapeno relish
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 8 oz. cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Fry meats (crumbled, drain grease off). Then mix all ingredients, including meats in crock pot. Stir ocassionally until all cheeses are melted. (For faster time, melt cheeses in microwave for a short time on low.) Dip is great for freezing

When doubling for a full pot - use 3 cans of jalapeno relish - unless you can take it hot!

Yields; 1/2 crockpot unless doubled
