Ingredients
- 1 LB Italian Sausage (I use turkey italian sausage) in bite size pieces, browned
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 6 beef bouilion cubes
- 8 cups of water
- 2-3 sliced carrots
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 cans diced tomatoes (Italian style if you can find them)
- 1 small package(9 oz) of refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1-2 zucchini thinly sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 11 ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 1 hour
One-half hour before serving, add tortellini and zucchini and simmer for 30 minutes
