Ingredients
- ½ lb. pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp. ginger root, minced
- ¼ tsp. ground red pepper
- 3 tbsp. liguid honey
- ¼ tsp. onion powder
- 2 tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 tbsp. ketchup
- ¼ c oil
- 1 tbsp. garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Pour in ziplock and add meat. Marinate in fridge overnight. Coat grill rack with cooking spray. B.B.Q. 20 - 25 min, turning often until meat thermometer registers 155F (or in over at 350˚) Wrap in foil, let stand 10 min. Slice diagonally. Place reserved marinate in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove and spoon evenly over pork.
