  • 2 Tbsp Fat Free Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 3/4 Cup Onions, diced
  • 1 Tsp Garlic, minced
  • 14 Ounces Ground Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 Cup Barbecue Sauce (Jack Daniel's Original Spicy)
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Ground Thyme
  • 3/4 Cup Whole-Wheat Bread Crumbs
  • Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns

Preparation

Step 1

Heat chicken broth in a small skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute 5 to 10 minutes. Add garlic and cook 5 minutes more. Set aside and cool, then combine with the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Form 4 patties and cook in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat until burgers are no longer pink; about 5 minutes per side.

Serve on a bun with fat-free condiments like mustard and ketchup.
