Ugly Dip

Mexican dip that is good with tostitos, tacos, or enchildas.

Ingredients

• 6 large tomatoes
• 6 mdeium green onions and tops, chopped
• 2 cans of green chiles, chopped
• 3 jalepenos peppers, or more to taste
• 1 tsp. garlic salt
• 3 tbsp. cooking oil
• 1 tbsp. vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Chop all ingredients and mix together in a 2.5 qt. bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to serve. It will get hotter if left overnight.
