Baby Back Ribs (Slow Cooker)

Anyone who knows me, knows that I love my slow cooker. I do my ribs in the slow cooker, and then brown them on the barbecue. Yummy.

Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 TBSP paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/3 tsp white pepper
- 3/4 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Trim excess fat from ribs. Combine dry ingredients and rub over the surface of the ribs. Place ribs in slow cooker standing on their edge with the meaty side out. Cook for 8 hours on low. Remove ribs from slow cooker and brown on grill after brushing with barbecue sauce.
