Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 3/4 cup butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 12 ounces (2 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix flour and baking soda. Beat peanut butter, butter, sugars and vanilla with electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in eggs. With mixer on low speed gradually beat in flour mixture must until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute before removing to wire rack to cool completely.
These keep especially well. Store tightly covered. Makes 100 cookies.
