Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 9 inch baked pie shell
- 1 cup raisins (soaked and drained)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water drained off raisins
- Meringue:
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 5 tbsp sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Add all of the ingredients for filling to a saucepan and cook to consistency, then add to pie shell top with meringue and bake for 10 -15 minutes.
For Meringue: Beat all ingredients together until peaks form.
