Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz. box of Pie Crust
  • 12 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped, fresh parsley
  • 4 teaspoons Honey
  • 3 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 24 deviened med. ShrimpFresh Parsley Sprigs
  • Grated Lime Peel

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425

Cut Crusts in 2.5 inch squares.

Tip mini muffin pan upside down and press squares over the top of each inverted muffin cup.

Fold & pinch corners to make cups.

Prick bottoms and bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
SDOne with the open at this point. let the cups cool.

Mix Cream Cheese, Parsley, Honey & Pepper Sauce until smooth. Give it a taste - you may want it spicier. I always use the hot a called Sriracha. It's fantastic - you may need to go to the Asian food aisle to find it.

Add 1 tablespoon to each cup. Top with shrimp, parsley sprig and grated lime peel. I like to add 1 dot of hot sauce to each cup! Chill for 30 minutes if you wish. Spicy & Delightful!
