Ingredients

  • 2 pounds hamburger, browned
  • 1 pkg enchilada seasoning mix
  • 1 16 oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 12 tortillas
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 6 oz sour cream
  • 3 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown hamburger and drain off the fat. Add seasoning mix, tomato sace, and water. Heat until bubbly. Put hamburger mixture inside flour tortillas. Fold or roll tortillas. Put in a greased 9x13 in glass cassseroe dish, seam side down. Heat the chicken soup and sour cream to a boil and take off the heat. Pour this mixture over the enchiladas. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
