Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. package of Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Med. Seeded Tomato - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 4 oz. Imitation Crab Meat - coursely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Combine Cream Cheese, milk, lemon juice,and salt.

Add in 1/2 of chopped crab and garlic

Spead mixture in bottom on glass pie plate or comparable sized (super cute)dish.

Top with onion, tomato, bell papper, remaining crab, feta chesse and parsley.
