Ingredients
- 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust or Individual (mini) Crusts
- 1 Cup of Sour Cream
- 1 3.4 oz Pack Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 1/2 Cup Cold Milk
- 1 12 oz Container of Cool Whip
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Pecans
- Fruit: Bananas and or Berries

Preparation
Step 1
Whisk Sour Cream and Milk together until blended.
Add Pudding Mix
Add Cool Whip
Spread fruit on bottom on cust or crusts
Add Filling
Top with more fruit, chopped pecans and 1 mint leaf
Chill & Serve
This is a great make ahead dessert
