Fast Cheese Cake

Ingredients

• Filling:
• 1 Graham cracker crust
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 12 oz of cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all crust ingredients together until crumbly. Press the mixture back into the crust pan. Blend eggs, sugar, vanilla, cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth. Pour this mixture into the crumb lined pan and bake for 40 minutes @ 350o.

Let cool for 2 hours before serving.
