My family loves this for dinner with a salad. This is my aunt's recipe and many years old.

Ingredients

  • In saucepan heat:
  • 1 1/2-2 lbs browned hamburger with one chopped onion
  • 1 10oz can Los Palmas enchilada sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Have ready: 2 cups or more grated cheese
  • 1 pkg corn tortillas
  • 1 cup black olives

Preparation

Step 1

Dip tortillas in sauce and lay in 13 x 9 pan. Pour half of meat, sauce, olives and cheese. Repeat ending with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove foil for last 10 minutes.
