Ingredients
- 1 pound Pork Sausage or 2 pounds Turkey Sausage
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 Cans (16 oz.) Dark Red Kidney Beans ( drained & rinsed)
- 3 Cans of Chili styled diced tomatoes or Oregano & onion
- Diced ( 14.5 oz.)
- 3 ( 8oz.) Tomatoe sauce
- 1 can Rotel tomato sauce (any Flavor)
- 1 can Mexican style corn ( 11 oz drained)
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Sausage and onion and drain and pat dry to get fat off.
Stir in everything else. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 30
minutes or longer.
