Ingredients

  • 1 16oz pkg small Shell Pasta
  • 1 10oz pkg frozen cooked Shrimp, thawed
  • 1/2 c chopped Celery
  • 1/2 c chopped Onion, divided
  • 2 hard-cooked Eggs, chopped, divided
  • 1/4 c minced fresh Parsley
  • 1 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 /c c Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped Dill Pickle or Dill Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Seasoned Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place a bowl; add the shrimp, celery, 1/4 cup onion, half the chopped egg and parsley.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, pickle, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and remaining onion and eggs. Stir into pasta mixture. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
