Chocolate Chip, Toffee, Toasted Pecan and Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup Butter (2 sticks)
• 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
• 3/4 cups Sugar
• 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
• 2 Eggs
• 3 1/4 cups Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
• 1/2 cup Toffee Chips
• 1/2 cup Toasted Coconuts
• 1/2 Toasted Pecans
• sea salt optional

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in saucepan until brown, set aside to cool.

Cream the butter, cream cheese and both sugars until smooth.

Add the eggs and beat until combined.

Turn mixer on low and mix in flour, salt, baking soda until combined.

Add chocolate chips, toffee, coconut and pecans and mix until incorporated.

Cover the dough and refrigerate until chilled or overnight.

Preheat oven to 375 and roll 1/4 ball, place on sheet and flatten slightly, bake 9-12 minutes until golden.
