Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 c rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 c tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 c onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbs cilantro, fresh, chopped
- 1 (15 oz) can blackeye peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 jalepeno pepper, mince (optional)

Step 1
Place ingredients in large bowl and toss with evoo and vinegar. More garlic if desired. Serve with pita chips.
