  • CRUST:

    Stick Butter,

  • softened

    C. Sugar

  • 3

    Eggs

  • 2

    C. Flour

  • 1/2

    tsp. Baking soda

  • 1/2

    tsp. Baking powder

  • 1/4

    tsp. Salt

  • 1/2

    C. Sour Cream

  • SYRUP:

  • 2

    Tbls. Soft Butter

  • 1

    Tbls. Sugar

  • 1

    Tbls. Cinnamon

  • STRUSEL:

  • 1/2

    C. Nuts, Chopped

  • 1/2

    C> Brown sugar

  • 1/2

    Stick soft Butter

  • 2

    tsp. Cinnamon

Directions

CRUST: Blend Butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add 3 eggs and mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add to the butter and eggs. Mix good, add sour cream. When mixed thoroughly Pour into a 9 inch spring form pan that has been greased and floured. SYRUP: Mix soft butter, sugar and cinnamon then cut through the cake. STRUSEL: Blend the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon add the nuts. Spread on the cake and bake 35-40 min. I have this recipe since 5/10/97
