Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup orange blossom honey
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon spicy chili paste with garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 4 pounds pork loin ribs cut Chinese style or baby back ribs

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients (except the ribs) in a bowl; blend well. Place the ribs in a large zip close plastic bag. Add the marinade; seal. Marinate in the refrigerator, turning occasionally, 2-24 hours.
Heat the oven to 325 degrees. Place ribs and marinade on a large piece of foil; wrap tightly. Place package in a roasting pan; bake, 1 1/4 hours.
Remove the ribs from the foil. Drain and reserve the cooking juices.
Prepare a grill for medium heat. Grill the ribs about 3 inches from the flame, basting occasionally with the reserved cooking juices, until they reach desired doneness, 5 to 7 minutes per side.
