Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill " Creamy Buckwheat Hot Cereal"
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened, shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 Tbsp Honey, melted or liquid
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, or not of your choice
- dried fruit of you choice (optional)

Step 1
Mix the buckwheat and coconuts and nuts together.
Pour in the honey and coconut oil until combined.
Bake in 9x13 pan at 350F for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until golden brown.
Cool and store in airtight container.
Serve with your choice of milk. I use homemade cashew milk!
