Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 (14 oz) bottle hot or regular ketchup
- 2 Tbsps cornstarch
- 1 (12 oz) jar apple jelly
- 1 (12 oz) jar currant jelly

Preparation
Step 1
Combine meatball ingredients. Mix well and shape into 1-inch balls. Place on rack in shallow pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
Combine ketchup and cornstarch. Stir in jellies.
Spoon on top of meatballs and serve.
