Ingredients

  • 3 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • vanilla wafers
  • Topping
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • mix above by hand. Put topping on each cupcake making it level.
  • Light oven to 375..do not preheat
  • Bake for 10 minutes.

Preparation

Step 1

Put one vanilla wafer round side up in cupcake tin. Mix the above ingredients until smooth. Place 2/3 of mixture in each cupcake tin. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes only. Cool in pan for 10 minutes only. Turn oven off.
