• 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tsps vanilla
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 6-1/2 cups hot water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first four ingredients in large saucepan; mix well.

Over medium heat, slowly stir in water. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently.
