  • 8 ounces carrots, sliced lengthwise into thin sticks
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced sweet onion
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water
