Vegetable Soup, Mom's

This is a very simple vegetable soup recipe that I got from one of my son's elementary school teachers. They made it at Thanksgiving.

Ingredients
- Broth:
- 12 cups of water
- 4 cups tomato juice
- 6 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 6 bay leaves
- Add:
- potatoes
- green beans
- corn
- (If you don't like chopped onions, leave them whole and dip them out with the bay leaves before you eat it.)

Step 1
Vegetable Soup
Broth:
12 cups of water

6 bay leaves
Add:

Simmer for 3 hours
(If you don't like chopped onions, leave them whole and dip them out with the bay leaves before you eat it.)
