Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cups cooked corkscrew macaroni
- 1/2 milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup chedder cheese, shredded
- Topping:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1-15 oz can tom. sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1 green pepper, sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Combine ingredients and spread over 12" pizza pan wiht 1/2" lip for 20 minutes at 350.
Topping:
Saute ground beef, drain fat. Stir in spices and tomo. sauce bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, simmer 10 minutes. Spoon over macaroni. top with mushrooms, pepers, and cheese. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350.
