Ingredients
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 1/2 cups of oil
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
- 1 (8 oz.) can of pineapple
- 3 cups of chopped carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 2 cups of powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Mix eggs and sugar until light, fluffy, and lemon colored. Add in oil in a slow, steady stream, beating well. Blend in the dry ingredients and the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into a greased pan.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy. Add sugar and vanilla and blend until smooth and creamy.
