Mom's Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup margarine, softened
• 4 eggs, one at a time
• 3 cups flour or until dough is stiff
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cream sugar and margarine until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time and vanilla.

Stir in baking powder and enough flour to make stiff dough.

Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

Frost with confectioners sugar icing when cool.
