- 1 8 oz. package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 14 oz. can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- Fresh berries, for serving
- Fresh lemons, for garnish

Step 1
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and next two ingredients until smooth and creamy. Stir in lemon zest. Pour into graham cracker crust, and chill until firm, about 4 hours.
