Balsamic Chicken

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
• 3 Tablespoons ketcup
• 3 Tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 tablespoon pepper
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 clove garlic
• 5 pounds chicken

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken in mixture. Cover and bake for 45 minutes, uncover and bake for additional 45 minutes.
