Ingredients
- Icing:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp baking bowder
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup canned milk
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Cream sugar, oil, and eggs.
Combine flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture.
Add carrots, nuts, and raisins, and mix well.
Pour into two loaf pans or one 9in x 13 in pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 300 F

Icing:
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, and butter.
Stir in canned milk.
Boil until soft ball forms in cold water.
Add icing sugar and vanilla.
Beat until quite stiff but spreadable
