Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 egg
- 2 tsp mirin
- 1 cup flour

- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup tenkasu
- 1/3 cup seafood
- 2-3 thinly sliced pork
- 1/2 pkg soft yakisoba noodles
- 1/2 pkg yakisoba sauce
- 1 egg

Step 1
Combine 1 cup water, egg, and mirin and mix well.
Add flour and mix until batter is smooth.
Add remaining 1/2 cup of water and mix well. Set aside for 1 hour in refrigerator.
Oil a frying pan or grill. Pour about 1/4 cup batter for crepe.
On op of crepe, add cabbage, green onions, bean sprouts, tenkasu, seafood, and meat.
Drizzle 2 tbsp of batter on top of meat.
Cook until bottom is slightly browned. Flip. Cook until cabbage is translucent.
In the meantime cook yakisoba with its sauce.
Place crepe on top of yakisoba
Fry egg. Break yolk.
Lift yakisoba and crepe and place on top of egg.
Flip so that egg is on top.
Serve with tonkatsu or okonomiyaki sauce.
