Ingredients
- 1/3 cups butter
- 1/2 cups golden corn syrup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cups raisins
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs

Step 1
Melt butter add all ingredients except eggs. Mix thoroughly. Let the mixture cool and add the eggs which have beaten just enough to combine yolks and whites. Pour into pastry lined tart tins. Bake at 425 F for 12 minutes. When cooked, loosen edges with a knife. Allow to stand at least 10 minutes before moving from tins.
