Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 10 fl oz milk
- 8 oz grated Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz Dolcelatte cheese, chopped
- 2 oz finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp cornflour
- 3 tbsp dry white wine
- bread sticks and olives, to serve

Preparation
Step 1
Rub the inside of the fondue pot with the cut clove of garlic. Add the milk and heat until bubbling. Stir in all of the cheese and continue to heat until melted, stirring frequently. Blend the cornflour smoothly with the wine, stir into the cheese mixture and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring until thick and creamy. Serve with breadsticks and olives.
