Ingredients
- 3 cups rice makes 15-18 rice balls depending on size
- 1 lb chop meat
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- small can of baby peas
- 1 large bag shredded mozzerella cheese
- grated cheese(judge how much you want)
- large bottle of oil for frying
- italian bread crumbs
- eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Boil rice. When done, refrigerate until completely cool.
2. mix cheeses into rice and then tomato sauce (enough to give it nice color)
3. Brown meat in frying pan, drain fat and then add a few handfuls of peas and a half a can or so of tomato sauce.
4. make a ball with the rice mixture and then press hole in middle of ball with thumb.
5. fill rice ball with chope meat peas mixture and round rice around meat.
6. dip in egg and then roll in bread crumbs.
7. fry in hot oil(375 degress) a few seconds until crispy and golden in color.
