COOKIE CONNECTION COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 pkg (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Step 1

Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt onto wax paper. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 large cookie sheets.

Beat butter, granulated and brown sugars, eggs and vanilla in a medium-size bowl until well mixed. Stir in flour mixture to make a soft dough. Stir in chocolate.

Drop dough by level tablespoonful onto prepared cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches between.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 13 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack.
