- 6 T ground coffee
- 1 T grated orange peel
- 1 T chopped crystaliized or candied ginger
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 6 c cold water
- Opt: whipped cream, cinnamon sticks.additional orange peel.

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the coffee, orange peel, ginger and cinnamon, pour into coffee filter. Brew.
Pour into mugs, garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks and orange peel.
