Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage
- 16 ounces pizza sauce
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Cook noodles according to package directions.
3.In medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef with onion, garlic and bell pepper. Drain excess fat.
4.Add noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce and milk, and mix well. Pour mixture into 2-quart casserole dish.
5.Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
