Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed & drained
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 1 can french fried onions
- pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine vegetables,soup, 1/2 c cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 qt casserole and bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions, bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
