Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon minced red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 4 teaspoons butter, softened
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 6 slices smoked turkey breast, honey-roasted; fat-free
- 4 slices tomato
- 2 slices muenster cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine onion-thyme.
2. Spread 1 tsp butter on one side of each slice of bread. Spread 2 tbsp mustard over unbuttered side of each of 2 bread slices; top with turkey, tomato, and cheese - all with buttered side out.
3. Heat a nonstick skillet until hot. Add sandwiches; cover and cook 3 minutes/side until golden brown.
Notes: this was just GREAT. Easy and delicious tasting - and looked just like the picture. Only change was to use pumpernickel bread instead of sourdough - which I'd stick with.
