Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 avocado,cubed
- 1 purple onion or scallions
- 1 mango,cubed
- 1 cucumber,thinly sliced
- (cut up lettuce)
- imitation crab meat
- tempura crunch for the top
- bottled sesame-ginger salad dressing
- OR 2 1/2 tbs rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 Tbs red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup plus 1 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs salt
- 5 Tbs oil

Cook rice. sprinkle tempura crunch on top of salad before serving.
