Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 1 box white cake mix
• 1 pkg 3 oz. strawberry jello
• 1 cup wesson oil
• 4 egg whites or 3 eggs
• 1 tbsp. flour
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 cup strawberries and juice
• 1 box confectionary sugar
• 1 stick oleo
• 1/2 cup strawberries and juice mix

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cake mix, flour and jello and then stir in water. Beat in rest. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Once cool, frost.
